## Build, check and hand off
1. Find the right funnel: Use list_funnels to inspect the connected workspace. Confirm whether to start a new funnel or continue an existing one; keep its build_id.
2. Approve the draft plan: Agree the audience, offer, pages, source material and missing integrations. create_funnel, add_page and set_offer start build turns and use account access and credits.
3. Review the actual result: Poll get_funnel while generating; if it fails, report the returned reason. When ready, use preview to open the actual pages. Test forms, links, delivery and any configured checkout.
4. Hand publication to a person: The publish tool returns an approval_url. The person reviews and publishes in the editor. Afterward, confirm published_at and test the public URL. A ready draft is not a live funnel.

## Troubleshooting
- The browser shows Coming soon: The public guide is available before builder access. You can use these prompts and the worksheet now. Sign-in and OAuth approval remain subject to the product's access gate; a setup message does not unlock them.
- The MCP URL shows an authorization error: The MCP endpoint is a connection address, not a web page. An anonymous request can return 401. Add it through your assistant's MCP settings and finish OAuth. If an existing connection expired, reconnect through that assistant.
- The connection works, but no funnels appear: An empty successful list can be a new workspace. Confirm the workspace you selected during approval and remove any name filter before concluding a funnel is missing. Follow next_cursor to read another page when present.
- A build is refused or rate limited: Read the actual reason. no_access requires the appropriate workspace access. For a low balance, stop and let the account owner resolve it. For rate_limited, daily_limit or HTTP 429, respect retry_after; do not repeat build calls to get around the limit.
- The build is ready, but the funnel is not live: Ready means the draft build finished. Review its actual preview, test the visitor journey and have a person publish in the editor. Verify the public URL separately.
- The form looks right, but no lead or email arrives: A page's appearance does not prove a working integration. Check the intended lead destination, configured email/resource delivery and consent requirements. Test with details you control and record the actual result.

## Questions
- How does ClickFunnels AI relate to ClickFunnels 2.0?: ClickFunnels AI at clickfunnels.ai is a separate product from ClickFunnels 2.0; a ClickFunnels 2.0 account is not required. Use your existing ClickFunnels 2.0 links to continue working with funnels there.
- Can I use this before I have builder access?: Yes. The guide, planning prompts and lead-magnet worksheet are public. Building, sign-in and connection approval still require the appropriate ClickFunnels AI access.
- Does connecting start a build?: No. The setup message asks for a read-only list_funnels check. Agree a funnel plan and approve a build turn separately; account access and credits apply.
- Can an assistant publish for me?: The ClickFunnels AI publish tool returns a review link. A person must publish in the editor. It does not deploy the funnel or take a payment by itself.
- Does this require another funnel platform?: ClickFunnels AI builds and hosts its own funnels. Connect its MCP server with a ClickFunnels AI account and the workspace you intend to use.
- Are the examples proven customer funnels?: These are planning examples, not customer results or tested live funnels. Replace assumptions with your own facts, then verify the actual pages, lead storage, delivery and checkout you use.

Page 1 — Landing page: explain who this helps, what the resource contains and one clear opt-in action. Ask only for the information needed. Use approved consent and privacy wording; mark missing wording for review. Do not invent testimonials, results, scarcity or customer counts.
Page 2 — Thank-you page: confirm a successful saved opt-in, explain how to get the resource and offer the optional next step. Do not promise an email unless email delivery is configured and tested. For on-page delivery, provide the real resource on this page.

Before building: ask me for the final resource or URL, lead-storage destination, approved consent copy and any delivery integration. Flag missing dependencies. Once connected, use list_funnels to inspect the workspace and confirm with me whether to start a new funnel or work on an existing one. Show the page plan and acceptance checks first. After an approved build: retain build_id, poll get_funnel for status, and use preview to obtain the actual review link. Inspect each page and test the flow; ready status is not proof that lead storage or delivery works. Report blocked checks honestly. Leave publication to me in the editor.

## Acceptance checks
- Promise and page flow: Open the landing page on a phone. Confirm the offer, form button and thank-you page promise the same resource and next step.
- Successful opt-in: Submit a test address you control. Confirm exactly one saved lead in the intended destination, then open the thank-you page. A success animation alone is not evidence.
- Errors and repeat submits: Try a blank address, an invalid address, a double click and a retry after an interrupted request. Show useful errors and verify the intended duplicate-handling behavior.
- Resource delivery: For on-page delivery, open the actual resource link in a fresh browser. For email delivery, receive the message in an inbox you control and open its link. A configured endpoint does not prove delivery.
- Consent and access: Use the approved consent and privacy wording. Check that a visitor cannot see another lead's details, and that form values do not appear in the URL.
- Published behavior: After the human publishes, repeat the opt-in and delivery checks on the public URL. Record URL, date, expected result, observed result and unresolved failures.

A preview, saved lead, delivered resource and published funnel are separate results. Record each independently; none establishes acquisition or a sale.
