PROSPECT QUESTION AND OFFER FAQ WORKSHEET Companion to: Turn real prospect questions into a useful offer FAQ Purpose: Choose useful questions for one offer, identify the decision behind each, verify the business answer, and place it in the main copy, FAQ or private follow-up. This is a planning resource. It does not establish demand, sales or a live CFAI page. The Portfolio Review Clinic, source documents and question records below are all fictional. None is a Dante client conversation or a real prospect quote. Keep original private records in their proper location; use references here instead of names, emails, private stories, recordings or sensitive access links. A. SCOPE ONE OFFER Offer name / version: Intended audience and task: Existing page or draft version: What is actually included: Important participation requirements: Offer facts still unresolved: Source collection period and channels: What evidence you are authorized to review: B. WORKED EXAMPLE — PORTFOLIO REVIEW CLINIC Assumed scope: Two group sessions reviewing existing draft portfolios, with group discussion and written notes. No portfolio-writing service or employment promise. These are fictional assumptions, not findings about an actual offer. Q01 — Preparation requirement Example source/date: Fictional enquiry Q01, October 1, 2026; before enrolment decision. Question paraphrase: Can I join without a draft? Decision: Whether this person has enough material to participate. Assumed answer source: Current fictional preparation sheet requires an existing draft. Placement: Main offer requirement, with clarification of what qualifies as a draft. Open work: Describe a usable draft accurately; do not hide the requirement in FAQ. Q02 — Work included Example source/date: Fictional enquiry Q02, October 2, 2026; comparing coaching/service. Question paraphrase: Will someone rewrite the portfolio for me? Decision: Whether the offer supplies review or a finished rewritten portfolio. Assumed answer source: Current fictional session scope covers review and notes only. Placement: Main scope description plus a focused FAQ answer. Proposed answer: The clinic includes group review and written notes. You make the changes to your portfolio. A portfolio-writing service is not included. Review trigger: Any change to the actual work included. Q03 — Career-change situation Example source/date: Fictional enquiry Q03, October 3, 2026; participant has a draft. Question paraphrase: Can I use a portfolio for a career change? Decision: Whether the existing draft and intended role fit the clinic. Assumed answer source: Fictional scope permits career-change portfolios with a draft. Placement: FAQ. Proposed answer: Yes, if you have a draft portfolio for the kind of work you want to pursue. Bring that draft and a short description of your intended role. The clinic reviews how you present the work; it does not provide job placement. Review trigger: Changes to audience, preparation or session scope. Q04 — Missing arrangement Example source/date: Fictional enquiry Q04, October 4, 2026; before committing. Question paraphrase: What happens if I miss a session? Decision: Whether the attendance arrangement fits the person's circumstances. Answer source: UNRESOLVED. No attendance/make-up arrangement settled in this example. Placement: Hold answer pending a decision; make settled material conditions visible before taking enrolments. Next action: Offer owner defines the real arrangement and updates affected copy. Do not infer: A recording, make-up session, refund or exception is available. C. BLANK QUESTION RECORD — REPEAT AS NEEDED Question ID: Evidence class: OBSERVED QUESTION / TEAM ASSUMPTION / AI SUGGESTION / RESEARCH PROMPT Source date: Private source reference: Faithful question paraphrase: Visitor context and stage (before decision / after purchase / other): Uncertainty or missing context: Decision the person needs to make: Independent people/conversations observed, if known: Repeated messages within the same conversation (avoid duplicate frequency claims): Business answer source (document/version or confirmed responsible-person decision): What the source establishes: Important conditions or limits: What remains unresolved: Placement: MAIN OFFER / FAQ / PRIVATE REPLY / HOLD FOR DECISION Reason for placement: Question heading: Direct answer: Conditions or boundary: Useful next step, if needed: Review owner and trigger: D. TRY THE ANSWER WITH A READER Offer/draft version: Reader task (find an answer and explain what is included): What the reader understood: What disagreed with the intended offer: Copy or offer decision to resolve: Observed check / not run / blocked: Do not label this comprehension check as conversion or demand validation.
